1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you ('User') and HL ENTERTAINMENT LLC (doing business as PinURL Labs), the company that operates PinURL.To. By accessing PinURL.To, creating an account, or shortening a link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, regulatory requirements, or best practices. When we post an updated version, it becomes effective on the date noted at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Who Can Use PinURL.To

Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Are legally able to enter into binding contracts.

Are not barred from receiving services under applicable law.

By creating or using an account, you represent that you:

• Provide accurate and current registration information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Immediately notify us at support@pinurl.to if you suspect unauthorized activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws, industry rules, and community guidelines.

You may invite team members or contractors to collaborate inside your workspace ('Authorized Users'). You are responsible for every action performed under your account, including those by Authorized Users, API tokens, and custom domains.

3. Services, Plans, and Billing

PinURL.To provides link shortening, branded links, analytics, QR codes, and related tools. Some features are free, others require a paid subscription. Each plan's limits are described on our pricing page or inside your admin panel.

By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal terms. Paid plans automatically renew unless you downgrade or cancel before the renewal date.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If we are unable to collect payment, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the balance is resolved.

When managing a subscription, you agree to:

• Maintain valid and up-to-date billing information.
• Pay all charges incurred by you or your Authorized Users.
• Review invoices promptly and contact us within 15 days if you believe there is an error.
• Be responsible for any taxes or government fees associated with your use of the Services.

4. Acceptable Use Rules

PinURL.To is built for legitimate sharing. You may never use our Services to create or promote malicious, abusive, or fraudulent content. We may monitor, block, or remove links that violate these rules or applicable law.

You must NOT use PinURL.To to:

• Upload, link to, or distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Engage in phishing, spam campaigns, or deceptive marketing.
• Violate intellectual property or publicity rights.
• Promote violence, terrorism, or exploitation of any person.
• Track individuals without proper notice and consent.
• Use automated systems that overload or interfere with our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to remove links or domains if we determine, in our sole judgment, that these rules have been violated.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials we publish are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. PinURL.To and the PinURL.To logo are trademarks of HL ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

You may use and display our content solely to access and enjoy the Services as intended. You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any portion of the platform without our prior written consent.

6. User Content & Feedback

You own the original URLs, custom slugs, and other content you create with PinURL.To. By posting or transmitting content through the Services, you grant HL ENTERTAINMENT LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

If you submit feedback, testimonials, ideas, or suggestions, you authorize us to use them without restriction or compensation. Providing feedback does not create any confidentiality obligations.

7. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information. By using the Services you also agree to the data practices described there. Depending on your configuration, we may process data as a controller (for our own platform operations) or as a processor acting on your behalf. If you require a Data Processing Agreement, contact privacy@pinurl.to.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

PinURL.To may include links to third-party sites, integrations, or app store listings. Those services are controlled by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your dealings with any third-party provider are solely between you and that provider.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Data Export

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. If you do, previously shortened links may stop resolving depending on your plan settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you fail to pay fees, breach these Terms, or create risk to other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but we are not required to provide advance notice in urgent situations.

Upon termination you may request an export of available analytics or link data within 30 days; we are not obligated to retain data beyond that period.

10. Disclaimers

You use PinURL.To at your own risk. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we guarantee specific results from using shortened links, analytics, or other features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HL ENTERTAINMENT LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) $100 USD.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HL ENTERTAINMENT LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, unless a small-claims court with proper jurisdiction is available.

You waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Each dispute must be pursued only on an individual basis.

14. Changes to the Services

We continually improve PinURL.To, so features may change, be removed, or be added at any time. If we discontinue a material feature for which you have paid, we will provide reasonable notice and, where appropriate, offer alternatives or prorated credits.
